Hotel Policies
- Guests under 19 years of age must be accompanied by adult
- Check-In time is anytime after 3PM. (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
- We do not accept any reservations under cash guarantee. A valid credit card and a picture ID of the guest must be presented upon check in time. Front Desk will require an imprint of the guest's credit card. Please note this information will be secure with the property.
- Check-Out time is 11AM (Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible)
- Children 12 and under stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding.
Payment Policies Deposit Information
- Individual bookings must guarantee the reservation, at time of booking, with a credit card. Upon check-in the front desk clerk must take a pre-authorization of 1 room night. Full payment is made upon check-out.
- We do not accept any reservations under cash guarantee.
- Group bookings must have 50% deposit 30 days prior to arrival date. The remainder of group payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation policy is 24 hrs (by 3PM) prior to arrival (Oct - April).
- Cancellation policy is 48 hrs (by 3PM) prior to arrival (May - Sep).
- Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.
Currency Conversions
- All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian dollars.
- As currency exchange rates will fluctuate on a daily basis, the hotel cannot guarantee a specific rate of exchange.
- Currency exchange is available at the Front Desk.

Extra Guests Charges
- $10.00 per person, per night in the low season (Jan - Apr & Oct - Dec)
- $20.00 per person, per night in the high season (May - Sept)
- Maximum four guests per room
Rollaway Beds & Cribs
- Rollaway beds/cots: $20.00 per night plus taxes
- Baby cribs: complimentary
Parking Fee
 $10.00 plus GST per vehicle, per night (can only accommodate vehicles under the height of 6"6')
Miscellaneous Charges
- Internet: complimentary wireless and wired access
- Fax (sending): Local $0.50/page, Canada $2.00/page, International $3.00/page
- Photocopies: $0.15/ page
